Tips:

Q: Display is dim or slow?
A: The device is being used in extremely low temperature or in high humidity. Use the device under appropriate conditions.
Q: No sound output from the speaker?
A: The volume is turned down completely or the headphones are plugged in. Adjust the volume or unplug the headphones.
Q: Very weak or interrupted sound, or unsatisfactory reception?
A: If you are in a building, listen near a window. Extend the antenna and adjust the length and the angle for best reception. Be sure to power the device with supplied wall adaptor. If a mobile phone is placed close to the device, a loud noise may be heard from the device or the device may be interfered. Keep the phone away from the device.
Q: The device doesn't power on with internal battery?
A: The battery may drained out, connect the device to wall adaptor and recharge the battery.
Q: The device doesn't respond to operations?
A: Take a wooden toothpick and place it into the headphone jack, you can find the jack on the back of the radio. Gently press the toothpick down to feel a tiny button, gently press down further until you feel the button depress, then remove the toothpick. The radio is now reset.
